今天, 無意中 看到 我 以前 英國 男友紿 我的 一封信.

沒有把 delete 掉 是因為 它存放在我的special folder...
是因為 他寫給 我的是 sphagetti 的 recipe.

對. 他是道道地地的英國人. 在英國 唸 Master 時 認識. 跟他在一起時, 他愛叫我 "chia", "Angel".

我的英文名不是 Angel. 不過, 他就是 愛叫 我 天使.

愛玩弄我的手. 唏噓 還記得 她母親 看了 對他說 "She is not your toy".

對他來說 我就是 他的 little chia,Naughty chia.... 也是 他的 Angel

畢業後, 我們 分隔兩地, 我回來 馬來西亞 工作. 不久 分手了, 他還是 愛叫 我 天使. 倆人還有 email 來往.

直到 我告訴 他.. 我要結婚了. 就再也沒有 他的消息了.

或許 他認為 給我最好的祝福 就是 退出我的生活吧!

Chia,

It was really great to hear from you today.... even though you are a bit of
a chatterbox! hehehe! no only joking.
You sounded so beautiful, I always thought and always will think that you
have a most seductive voice.

I hope you are happy, you sounded quite cheerful so I presume everythinh is
alright.
I felt a bit ill when you told me about what you saw in the spare room!!
eerrrr!

Anyway, here's the recipe you wanted...

Oooi! My house has got a lot of Charm and Charactert - whe it I done up,
and made to look nice I should be able to sell it for a lot more than what
I bought it for!

Chef Chia,

I wont be able to give exact qauntities for this...but here goes

Ingredients:
Minced beef or pork
1 large onion
1-2 Cloves Garlic
1-2 Carrots
Mushrooms (a couple of handfuls)
Stock Cube
Tin of Tomatoes
Tomatoe Puree
Herbs (e.g. Oregano)
Salt
Pepper
Water

and the main ingredient - Spaghetti Pasta.

1 - Chop up the Onions, Garlic, Carrots and Mushrooms
2 - In a large-ish saucepan Fry the onions until tender / slightly brown -
DON'T ADD THE GARLIC YET
3 - Add the miced meat and fry this until it is brown and mixed in with the
onions.
4 - Add the carrots and fry these for a few minutes.
5 - Make about a 1/4 - 1/2 a pint of stock using boiling water, and the
stock cube
6 - Add this mixture to the onions/meat/carrots
7 - Add the tinned tomatoes
8 - Squirt in a bit of tomatoe puree (1 - 2 teaspoons)
9 - Add the chopped garlic (the garlic is added later because frying garlic
can make it taste disgusting)
10 - Add any herbs you fancy again (1 - 2 teaspoons)
11 - Add salt & pepper to taste
12 - Add the mushrooms.
13 - Give it a good stir and leave on a low - medium heat for at least 30
mins
in this time you should stir it occasionally so that it does not burn on
the bottom, and to check that there is enough water. If it looks like it
is getting too thick add a drop of water.

Cooking the Pasta:

Boil a large saucepan of water. add a large pinch of salt.
When the water has boilled add the spagetti pasta. Stir once at the
beginning to get all of the pasta into the saucepan. Let this boil for 10
mins minimum, scoop out a bit of pasta. If it is soft enough for you then
it is ready. If it is too chewy let it cook a few minutes longer. You
should not have to cook it longer than 12-13 mins.

Drain the water from the pasta,
Serve it, and add the spaghetti sauce.

The above recipe is identical if you want to make a chilli, except you add
chilli powder, peppers, chilli's. and substitute the pasta for rice.
